This morning was a guided walking tour of Amsterdam....it's charming streets, gabled houses, cafes, shops, and canals. 57 degrees, with rain and very windy, but that didn't stop us!! The sun did peak out at times. What a tease! Lunch at The Pancake Bakery was an added treat! Dawn and I had a Dutch pancake. It was a crepe with a stroopwafel, 2 dips cinnamon ice cream, whipped cream, and pieces of chocolate! Decadent!
Yum, yum, yum! Cinnamon Ice Cream! Makes my mouth water!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry about the rain but it looks like you are prepared with rain gear. It's a beautiful 66° here with an overnight low of 35°, blue skies and snow capped mountains. I hope we'll pass some sunshine your way tomorrow.
We couldn't even put up umbrellas because it was so windy!
